Meet the Founder

 I'm Jamie Orr, a public servant of 16 years and founder of Guardian Forged LLC.

From birth, I faced a multitude of adversities- born blind, deaf, and with Autism.  Numerous surgeries later, my vision and hearing developed.  Growing up with Autism and its stigmas, I was told by doctors and educators that I would likely never succeed academically and would be limited intellectually. 

I didn't accept that. I took that as a challenge. I forged my own path.

I have always believed that, empowered by my faith and with God as the ultimate guardian, I can overcome anything (Philippians 4:13).
 

 I started in public service in 2010 as a Volunteer Firefighter. In 2013, I became an Emergency Medical Technician, and shortly later earned my Paramedic certification in 2014. In 2019, I began my career in law enforcement, where I presently serve as a Patrol Sergeant while maintaining my Paramedic certification.  

I have earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Emergency Management (Cum Laude) and a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice (High Distinction). I'm currently in graduate school, pursuing my PhD in Leadership.

Grit and the grace of God continue to fuel my work, driving me to create designs that inspire others, sharing their stories.
